Infant Program

Intentional programming. Trained educators. A curriculum rooted in how babies develop.

The neural connections formed in infancy lay the architecture for everything that follows. The question isn’t whether these early years matter. It’s who you trust with them.

From the moment your baby arrives, they’re met by educators who understand that every smile returned, every sound echoed back, every moment of warmth is shaping the brain of the person your child is becoming.

Our approach is built on the Nest-EQ framework – a proprietary model of child development that cultivates four interconnected capabilities: Emotional (EQ), Adaptive (AQ), Cognitive (IQ) and Creativity (CQ). Together, they form the foundation for lifelong success. Not just academically – as a successful human being.

“It’s about creating the conditions where confidence, empathy, and curiosity naturally take root – and where children are free to grow into their best selves at their own pace. The result is a child who feels safe, capable and joyful – and who carries a foundation for lifelong learning that no curriculum alone could manufacture.”

— Fatima Tavares, Regional Director and Head of Quality

Baby Signs

We integrate Baby Signs - the scientifically validated infant sign language program - to accelerate communication, reduce frustration and support language and cognitive development well before your baby's first word.

Family Conferences

We go beyond the daily report. Scheduled parent-educator meetings give you a deeper window into your child's development - where they're thriving, where we're focusing attention and how we're partnering to support them.

By the end of the Infant program, your child will have built meaningful capability across all domains of the Nest-EQ framework including:

  • Experimenting with cause-and-effect through hands-on exploration
  • Communicating needs and emotions through gesture, expression and emerging sound
  • Reaching, grasping and manipulating objects with growing intention
  • Forming secure, trusting bonds that serve as the foundation for everything that follows
  • Imitating caregiver actions and sounds with increasing complexity
  • Making choices and demonstrating early preferences
Transition Support

We know handing your baby to someone else for the first time is one of the hardest things a parent does. Our Infant educators are experienced at making this transition gradual, gentle and genuinely reassuring  – for your child and for you.

From day one, we focus on building a real bond with your baby. So that by the time you’re back at your desk, they’re already settled, curious and in capable hands.

Testimonials

I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their care, attention and continued efforts in creating such a loving, safe and engaging environment for my child and the other children. We truly appreciate everything you do.
My daughter started in the infant room, and I was so pleased to see her progress. As a mom, I was very concerned about my little one being taken care of, but the teachers and staff are really kind and handle the children with such care. I was amazed at how quickly my daughter started eating on her own, and she was learning so much through the activities and group experiences. The educators took extra care to ensure the children were learning, growing, and eating well. I also appreciated how responsive the leadership team was whenever I had a concern or needed to communicate. It's such a relief knowing your child is in good hands and seeing that big smile at the end of the day.
Words can’t describe how incredible this place has been. Our baby is so happy there. All the staff are so friendly and caring, with exceptional attention to detail.

  • What is the educator-to-infant ratio?

We maintain a 1:3 ratio – one dedicated educator for every three babies. This ensures every infant receives the individual attention and responsive care that early development demands.

  • What does the Infant Program curriculum include?

Our program is guided by the proprietary Nest-EQ framework – spanning Emotional (EQ), Adaptive (AQ), Cognitive (IQ) and Creative capabilities (CQ). We integrate Montessori principles and Baby Signs throughout, creating an approach to early learning that goes well beyond traditional daycare programming.

  • Why does the quality of early care matter so much?

The science is unambiguous: 90% of the brain’s core architecture is formed before age five, with the most rapid development occurring in the first year of life. The relationships, environments and experiences your child has right now are building the structure of their brain – shaping cognition, emotional regulation, language and resilience for decades to come. Quality early care isn’t a luxury. It’s a developmental imperative.

  • How do you support the transition into care?

We take a gradual, individualized approach communicating closely with parents, honouring your baby’s home routine and building a secure bond before any expectations for independence are introduced. Most families are pleasantly surprised by how quickly their child settles.

  • Will my baby follow a set schedule?

Every infant follows their own routine. Our separate sleep rooms mean babies rest on their own schedule – without disrupting or being disrupted by the group. We carry your baby’s home patterns into our care as consistently as possible.

  • How will I stay informed during the day?

Through our secure Kindertales app, you’ll receive continuous updates – nap times, feeds, diaper changes, activities and milestone moments. You also have unrestricted live camera access throughout the day. Your baby is never more than a click away.
